Friday Night 5K ~ May 31 at 6:30pm @ Concordia College
Step into the weekend with a group of classmates to walk the community's signature Friday Night 5K together. Register at: https://fargomarathon.com/5k/ (cost is $49, price increase on April 7th). 

Friday Night Bonfire & BBQ ~ May 31 at 7:30pm @ Address TBD
Join us for a backyard bonfire and BBQ at the home of Hannah Gress and Alex Privatsky! All classmates and their significant others are welcome, no need to have participated in 5K. This will also include a lantern release in memorial of our classmates who have passed. (Pay what you can for food, BYOB.)

Saturday Morning Bruin Cheering Section ~ June 1 at 8:00am @ Address TBD
Start the day off with a laid-back, family-friendly lawn party and enjoy breakfast, drinks, music, etc. as we mingle and make some noise for runners, including our all-star classmates Reid Barnett, Jenna Booth, Kara Tupa, and Grant Gunderson! (Pay what you can for food, BYOB.) If you are planning on running in the half or full marathon, please let us know!

Saturday Afternoon Picnic ~ 3:00pm-6:00pm @ Lindenwood Park-Kost Shelter
Bring your family to spend the afternoon at Lindenwood Park for yard games, grilling, and good company. We'll have some light foods but bring whatever you'd like for grilling and drinks.

Saturday Evening ~ 7:30pm @ Sidestreet Grill & Pub, 404 4th Ave N, Fargo
Close out the weekend with drinks and/or dinner at Sidestreet Grill & Pub.

Fargo South Class of 1974

50 Year Reunion

July 19, 2024

The Fargo South High 50th reunion will be held on July 19, 2024 at the Dietrich Atrium and Courtyard at the Harry D. McGovern Alumni Center at NDSU (1241 N University Drive in Fargo) from 5:00 to 11:00 pm.  We will also be treated to a tour of the school, hosted by principal Todd Bertsch, that same day at 1:00.  Further exciting information will be posted soon as details are worked out.

Schedule time now for this exciting and fun event. Mow the lawn later, ignore the laundry completely, balance the checkbook some other time, reschedule that doctor appointment, and TiVo Matlock, The Love Boat, and Lawrence Welk for later viewing. The evening will be more fun if all of our classmates are there to help relive old events, dredge up embarrassing memories, gossip shamelessly, and generally party like it’s 1974. We’ll swap stories of our grandkids, careers, and medical procedures, and remember what it was like to be 18 years old and blessed with all the confidence and assurance that only high school seniors possess!
