FPS Alumni Network - Reconnecting Fargo Public Schools Alumni and Friends

On April 18, 2013 the Fargo Public Schools Alumni Network held its First Annual Alumni Breakfast at the Ramada Plaza Suites in Fargo. Over 70 people were in attendance.  The program included a welcome by Dr. Schatz, Fargo Public School Superintendent, (1977 Fargo North graduate), and a presentation about the history of education in Fargo by Steve Stark.

Proceeds from the event will provide for classroom teacher grants, student scholarships, and support for low-income students to ensure they have basic necessities in order to take advantage of their learning environment.

Thank you to all those who attended, Fargo Public Schools Development Foundation board members, and our sponsors.  You all helped make this first annual event a great success.

Thank you to our sponsors!

The Fargo Public Schools Alumni Network is the
place to reconnect with classmates.

We're proud of alumni who have called Fargo Public Schools home, and know FPS graduates look back on their school days with fond memories.  Chances are, many friendships that were formed  continue to this day, perhaps with connections that cover hundreds or thousands of miles.

Statistics and standardized testing show FPS alumni have been and continue to be some of the best prepared students anywhere.  Graduates from the old Fargo Central, and the current high schools of North, South, Davies and Woodrow Wilson are now scattered across the country and around the world, and in many cases, have assumed leadership positions in government, business, health care and other career areas.  A number of alumni continue to live in the immediate Fargo-Moorhead area and have been just as successful with their endeavors.

The FPS Alumni Network is a partner of the Fargo Public Schools Foundation. Click here to learn more about the FPS Foundation.
